Your white-label identity and the background facts your AI states in proposals and tender responses. The more complete this is, the sharper your branding, quotes and AI drafts — and the closer your setup is to 100%. All optional; nothing is shared until you send something.
Your organisation's certificates, insurance, registrations and accreditations — with validity dates. Procurement uses the in-date documents to write response passages as fact (so it stops asking you for details it already holds) and lets you attach a certificate to a response section in one click. Expired documents are flagged and never presented as valid.
The regulators, standards and accreditation bodies you work to — e.g. UK CAA, EASA, ISO 9001. Each colour tags that framework across the app (customers, services, quotes). You can also add one on the fly from the customer form.
Choose the accent colour that runs through charts, buttons and key figures. Changes apply instantly across the whole platform.
Choose the font pairing for the whole platform.
The default profit, risk and overhead applied to new quotes. Every quote can override these in its Package Summary, and each section can override the margin (e.g. lower margin on travel). Margin = % of the selling price; Markup = % on cost — they give different prices for the same figure.
Define your staff roles and a day or week rate — e.g. Lead Auditor, Support Auditor, Consultant. Build this from scratch; the rates are available as defaults when you price a quote.
Your CRM data lives in this browser. Export a backup you can keep safe or move elsewhere. Importing replaces all current data.

Controls how the generated proposal PDF looks — both the on-screen preview and the downloaded file. Branding (logo, accent colour) comes from Settings → Company & Appearance.
